Some nice feedback I received over the last few weeks
Well, I got there! Today is my third day in the new job and I’m absolutely delighted! It’s a great role, great benefits and fantastic culture! Just wanted to say Thank You for all your help! I’m over the moon!
Just got a call and they offered me the position!! I felt the interview went well overall. I had a good rapport with the interviewers and they said during the interview that I had lots of good experience and was very proactive. Thank you so much for your help.

Twenty people applied for the role, twelve were shortlisted for interview. My interview was on Wednesday last week. I got number 1 on the panel and got a job offer on Friday. I scored 441 points out of 500. Two of my categories I scored 90 and my lowest score was 85. The feedback I got on Friday from one of the interviewers was that my performance was confident and really clear how I was meeting the competencies. This is in no small measure to the coaching session with you Paul. For the first time I actually understood what they wanted from me and I could tailor my answers to the templates that you gave me. Thanks a million!
